After you complete a promo job, you will need to give a discount to the customer.
The discount should be included in your invoice to the customer.
Recommend will then pay you back the equivalent amount in credits.
For example, if the promo job was "Get RM10 off house cleaning", you are eligible to claim back 10 credits after the job is done.
HOW TO CLAIM BACK CREDITS
STEP 1: After you mark a promo job as "Completed", you will see a "Submit Claim" button next to the job in your Recommend.my PRO dashboard or Recommend.sg PRO dashboard
STEP 2: Send us a scanned copy of your final invoice to the customer, showing the discount you gave them
STEP 3: Once our team approves it, we will transfer the equivalent amount of credits back to your account.
