What is a Recommend “Preferred Pro”?

A Recommend Preferred Pro is a service professional listed on Recommend.my or Recommend.sg that has at least 3 authenticated reviews, and at least a 4-star rating.

Preferred Pros are identified with a "Preferred Pro” mark next to their name.

Why does Recommend have "Preferred Pros"?

Our aim is to give customers an extra degree of confidence when dealing with a service professional. If a service professional has the “Preferred Pro” mark, it means that we have personally contacted three of their customers to get their reviews, and added them to the service professional’s profile page.

While there can never be an absolute guarantee on the authenticity of reviews and performance of the service professional, we do this to try and deliver more genuine results that customers can be confident in.

Can a service professional lose their Preferred Pro status?

A service professional can lose their Preferred Pro status if they are found to have posted false reviews, made fraudulent claims, or have received numerous customer complaints.
