We may call you to clarify a few areas.

After that, we will assign your request to the right service professionals.

The service professional will then respond to confirm the booking, or to submit a cost estimate.

You will get an email notification whenever a service professional responds. You can also view all responses by installing our mobile app.

If no service professional has responded by 24 hours, we will let you know, but we’ll keep trying.

If no service professional has responded by 48 hours, we will let you know again, but we’ll close your request at this point. If you made any up front payment, it will be refunded.
